Camp Director Brown has announced the following weeks will be open at Bluffton High for annual Bobcat Day Camp(s);

Tournament Director Brown reports enhancements to 2013 BTO, Bluffton's oldest and largest junior tennis tournament. "We are very excited to announce the relocation of this year's tourney to the beautiful Wilson Racquet Club of Palmetto Bluff. This move allows for obviously beautiful surroundings and play venue and allows us more courts than at Bluffton High. This jump in prestige will usher in a USTA sanction to the 2014 tournament. Warren Florence will serve as Director and brings much enthusiasm and experience to the table".
Some new twists to this year's event include offering a 14 and 18 Under Division in addition to 12 and 16's boys and girls A and B flight, a free prize court and a free Quick Start Exhibition court. These improvements add to a unique tournament experience which includes; commemorative t-shirt, Adult - Child Tourney (within the tourney), Chick Fil-A sponsored breakfast, refreshments and prizes.
Brown added, "by dividing flights by experience level, no child is ever overwhelmed making our tourney a great first event for many". All net proceed benefit public tennis in Bluffton. 290-2833 for more info.

The BTO College Scholarship will accept applications April 1- May 1 for any Bluffton (City of) high school college bound senior boy and girl - $500 per.

Beaufort County PTI JTT Update; Season to Open!
Registration for Spring/Summer 2013 opens on May 1 and continues till month end with play to begin on May 18. Teams forming include; Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, Spanish Wells, Beaufort, Wexford and Bluffton. Divisions; 14 U Beg., Int., 18 U Int. Go to sctennis.com for more info. New teams welcome. The season which ends near July 1 culminates in a State, Sectional, and National Championship for winners of the Intermediate divisions. Call Local League Coordinator Brown at 290-2833 for more info.
